Bio

Edward Kostka was born in 1935. He studied during the 1950s at the Academy of Fine Art in Wroclaw. He was a student of Professor Stanislaw Dawski, instructor of the legendary Josef Gielniak. Painter, graphic artist, and awarded designer of over 600 book covers and jackets. He was the art derector of the Ossolineum Publishing House in Poland.
